Registration Forms

To submit the forms below, you must have an active Registered Breeder membership with the APPS.

If you encounter a unique situation that prevents you from completing the required information, please reach out to the APPS Registrar for assistance.

Once your registration application has been successfully submitted, the Registrar will review the information and supporting materials to ensure all requirements are met. Once the review process is complete, you will receive an invoice and/or any necessary follow-up steps via email. If you have questions or need assistance during this process, please contact the Registrar.

Foundation Stock Lineage Tracking Application

Please use this form to document the initial pigs that you are using to establish your APPS-Registered APP lines. This includes the IPP foundation stock you started with that are no longer in your possession, as well as any subsequent generations that are no longer in your possession. For pigs currently in your possession, please use the form “Foundation Stock Registration Application“ to submit their details.

Note: APPS registration papers will not be issued for any pig that does not have DNA on file with the APPS. These pigs will be added to the APPS herdbook as “Not Registered.”
